WHAT WE DO FOR INFECTION PREVENTION CONTROL:
The following proactive measures have been implemented to help limit the spread of the virus, while still delivering the same level of service:
Physical Distancing
- Flexi glass has been installed at our reception desk to better protect our staff and patients.
- We are trying to minimize the need for patients to wait in the waiting room (e.g. spreading out appointments, spacing out chairs in waiting room having each patient staying outside until the examination room is ready.
Intense Cleaning
- Our clinic is cleaned and disinfected regularly as a normal course of business. Our cleaners have increased the concentration of their disinfection solutions. Our staff routinely practice touch surface cleaning and wipe all surfaces in our exam rooms between every patient.
Standard Hygiene
- Hand sanitizer will be available at hygiene stations in the clinic and patients are asked to sanitize their hands upon arrival and when leaving the clinic. Also, we continue to promote good hygiene at all of our clinics.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we all continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
